You do not need to have everything organised before you begin. Our guided questionnaire helps you share the memories, stories, qualities, important moments, and personal details you would like reflected in the tribute.

There is also space to tell us how and where the tribute will be used, who will be speaking, and any personal, cultural, or faith considerations you would like us to be aware of. You can also share anything you have already written.

We then take what you have shared and bring it together into a complete tribute for you to review.

Both services are human-led and built around what you share with us — the difference is simply how much of the writing process you would like us to take on.

You can choose the length that best suits the occasion and what you would like to share. Our Essential Tribute is up to 750 words (approximately 5–6 minutes when spoken), the Comprehensive Tribute is up to 1,500 words (approximately 10–12 minutes), and the Legacy Tribute is up to 2,250 words (approximately 15–18 minutes).

Each option receives the same level of care and support — the only difference is length.

Fully Written Tributes are normally delivered within 24–48 hours after receiving the information we need. If you are working towards a particular funeral, memorial, or service date, you are welcome to let us know and we will always try to accommodate where possible.
